Check Tour Availability Before You Go
CSUF offers daily guided campus tours led by current students called Titan Ambassadors. Registration is required, so start with the university’s online schedule and check your junk or spam folder for the confirmation email.
The tour takes approximately 75 minutes and covers key campus areas, the eight academic colleges, student services, student life, campus resources, and CSUF history. It departs from the TITAN letters outside the Titan Student Union, on the east side of campus near State College Boulevard. Tours take place rain or shine, though unsafe conditions may lead to cancellation.
If the daily tour is full on the only day you can visit, contact the tour office about alternatives; it can provide a self-guided tour map.
CSUF also offers a self-guided option and a virtual tour covering campus life, special buildings, services, and programs. Housing tours aren’t part of the daily campus tour; the university’s housing office instead provides virtual tours, photos, and housing information online.
For school groups of 15–100 students, request a group tour rather than registering for an individual daily tour. Group tours depart from Tuffy Lawn in front of the Student Recreation Center.

Plan Your Arrival and Parking
CSUF’s main campus is off the Orange Freeway (57) at the Nutwood Avenue exit. The university recommends the State College Parking Structure or Nutwood Parking Structure for daily-tour visitors.
Visitor permits are required Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Short-term visitor parking costs $4 per hour or $12 per day. CSUF uses license-plate recognition for virtual permits, so make sure the vehicle associated with the permit is the one parked on campus.
The CSUF campus map and visitor guide can help you locate hourly parking, visitor information points, rideshare zones, and electric-vehicle charging stations.
The guided tour is wheelchair accessible, but visitors need to bring their own wheelchair or other required equipment because accessibility-equipment rentals aren’t provided. For disability accommodations on a daily tour, email tours@fullerton.edu at least one week in advance.
Parking hours and rates can change, so check the official site before you go.

What to Include in a Campus Visit
A guided tour is a structured way to get an introduction to campus, including its academic colleges, student services, resources, and student life. Afterward, use the campus map to plan a self-guided look at destinations that matter to you.
The map identifies Pollak Library, the Titan Student Union, the Student Recreation Center, Clayes Performing Arts Center, Titan Stadium, and the Fullerton Arboretum. These provide a range of campus settings to include in your walk. CSUF was founded in 1959, and its daily tour also covers university history.

Getting Back to Brea After Your Visit
California State University, Fullerton is about 2.2 miles from Regency Motel, with a drive time of 9 minutes. If you’re returning to Brea after your visit, CSUF’s location off the Orange Freeway (57) at Nutwood Avenue gives you a clear starting point for the drive.
For a trip that also includes John Wayne Airport, getting from John Wayne Airport to Brea is another part of the itinerary to plan.
